How much discount I can avail on application of the Coupon?
The Coupon can be used to avail a maximum of 50% discount on your “MY CART”. Apply the coupon code and check the final discount value.

How do I return a product to vedicsaga ?
You can create a Return in following simple steps within 15 days of delivery of the product

  1. Logon to your vedicsaga.in account
  2. Go to section ‘vedicsaga’ ->  ‘My Orders’ – > click tab ‘Return / Exchange’
  3. Choose the item to be Returned and select the Reason
  4. Press Done and you Return is initiated

Alternately, you can also contact us at our customer service to initiate a return request. You will receive an email immediately with details of return initiated.

Please make a note of the Return Number provided by the agent/ provided in the email and write the following information on a sheet of paper and use this as the returns form

  • Original Order Number
  • Return Number

Please prepare the product(s) for pickup by putting the undamaged product with accompanying tags and a filled out returns form in a packet. Firmly seal the bag.

Our logistic partner will pick up the packet within 3-5 days of your returns request.

We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is issued. At any time, you can track the status of your return request by going to the “Returns and Exchanges” section under “vedicsaga“.

What is vedicsaga return and exchange policy?
Vedicsaga returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange purchased items within 10 days of receipt of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., product must be packed in the original box and returned), and should not be damaged or tampered with
  • Only damaged exchanges are allowed
  • MFG date expired

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
The time taken for refund depends on the payment instrument used for the original order.

Do you allow returns and exchanges?
Yes! If you have ordered a wrong product, no problem! We will exchange it with the right product subject to availability. In case you didn’t like the product and wish to return it, we do that as well. Please call us at our customer service to initiate return/exchange.

Where should I send my return?
The address is mentioned in the Returns Form. The same has been mentioned below for your convenience.

What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
Please select ‘Cash on Delivery’ option on the payment page while placing the order. This facility is available at most of the pin codes we service. Please check the availability of COD facility on the product page by inputting your pin code. However any COD transaction shall have a limit of Rs. 999 subject to the limit as may be prescribed or stipulated by any statutory authority/ies

What is Vedic Saga Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order partially or fully until it has been processed in our warehouse by contacting our customer service. Any amount paid by you will be refunded back.

Does Vedic Saga pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Yes, we pick up the product from any location provided if the pin code falls under the list of pin codes serviced by Vedic Saga. You can choose from one of your existing addresses or enter a new address while creating the return online.

How does return and exchange work at Vedic Saga?
Returns: Our logistic partner will pick up the packet to be returned within 3-5 days of your returns request.

Exchange: We provide on-spot exchange at Vedic Saga. Our logistic partner will deliver the exchange and pick up the packet simultaneously within 6-8 days of your exchange request.

Why did my Return pick-up get canceled?
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Return pickup request will be marked as failed or cancelled. You can initiate a new return request, if the item meets the return criteria.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver most of our orders within 4 business days from the order date. Some pin codes may take longer i.e. 6-8 business days. You can find out how long we will need to deliver your order by inputing the pin code in the pin code field on the product detail pages and press “Check”.

How do I apply a coupon?
Apply the coupon code on the “MY CART” page on check out and avail discounts on your purchase. You can see the list of available coupons under “Coupons” section in “vedicsaga” page.

How can I place an order on vedicsaga?
Just follow these simple steps!

  • Select a category – choose the product you love
  • View details of the product, select your size & QTY and add to “MY CART”
  • Alternatively, search the item(s) you have in mind. You can use filters to narrow your selection. Select your size and add to “MY CART”
  • Create an account, if you are not already signed up, to complete the purchase
  • Enter your complete shipping address including Pin Code.
  • Enter coupon code, if applicable
  • Select payment options (debit/credit card, Cash on Delivery, net-banking, payment wallet, or your unutilized vedicsaga Bucks) and make the payment
  • You are done. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS from us

How do I check the status of my order?
You can get real-time status updates on your order at “My Orders” section of “vedicsaga” page.

Why isn’t COD available to me?
We try our best to provide best services across India. Due to some constraints we are not able to provide Cash on Delivery service to certain areas. You can still place orders via choosing any other payment option.

Are there any shipping charges?
For all the purchases of Rs. 499 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep absolutely free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable otherwise.

What is a Coupon?
Coupon is a discount code associated with a promotion. Apply the coupon code on the “MY CART” page on check out and avail discounts on your purchase.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?
If you have raised a return request for multiple items, place all the items in a single bag with the return no. provided and follow the return process as explained earlier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net-banking of all major banks
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Payment wallet

Is there an additional charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
No, there is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery option.

What should I do if I forget my password or my password does not work?
Please follow the steps mentioned below to reset your password:

  • Click on the Forgot Password link on Login Page
  • Enter your registered e-mail id and you will receive a link to reset your password in your mailbox

We will mail you the new password. You may reset it by clicking on the Change Password link in the mail

What happens to the shipping charges when I return a product I didn’t like?
Vedic Saga return policy gives you an option to return the product/s you didn’t like. Shipping charges, if any however will not be refunded for these orders.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No. This is not currently possible. Instead, we request that you cancel the order or refuse the products at time of delivery. The paid amount will be refunded to you as per our cancellation policy.

What if I don’t want to receive any more SMSes and E-mails from Vedic Saga anymore?
You can unsubscribe from our e-mails and SMSes by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail you have received from us.

What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?
If you have trouble logging in, please follow these instructions:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Check your login details. Your login username is the e-mail address you used for registration
  • Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies
  • If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the ‘Forgot your Password‘ link on the ‘Sign in‘ page

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
Yes, absolutely! Your details remain safe. All transactions are processed over an ultra-secure encrypted connection.

What happens if my money is deducted from my debit card/credit card/net banking for an unsuccessful order?
We regret the inconvenience caused. The deducted amount shall be refunded to you within 5-7 days. If the amount is not refunded to you within these timelines, please contact our customer service.

How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered by our courier partner at your doorstep.

Should I be concerned about the privacy of my personal details I have shared with vedicsaga.in?
We are absolutely committed to safeguarding your personal information. Personal information is collected to help us reach you if the need arises.

We do not pass on, trade or sell your personal information to anyone. In case you need more details please go through our privacy policy.

I don’t have access to my registered email address. How can I withdraw money from “vedicsaga” account?
Please get in touch with us and we will help you. We will call back on your registered phone number with us to authenticate your identity before transferring your cashback to your bank account.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
You can opt to pay by any other payment options available:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking of all major banks
  • Payment wallets

Why did I receive only a part of my order?
This happens when different items in an order are packed and shipped at different times. So please don’t worry, all your items will be delivered!

In a rare situation if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately inform you and process refund towards the cancelled item.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on all 7 days except national and state holidays.

How is VAT amount calculated?
Following rules apply on VAT calculation

  • For products with discount more than equal to 20% (MRP-Item Discount-Coupon discount), 5% VAT amount is collected from the customer. Balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by vedicsaga

No VAT will be charged from the customers for products with less than 20%     discount. vedicsaga will bear the VAT amount payable to government for these products

Do you take orders over phone?
No, at this point we are not taking orders over phone.

Are there any registration charges for creating an account on vedicsaga?
No. There are no registration charges.

Do you accept International Cards?
We are sorry but we don’t accept International cards at this moment.
